What’s Changing?
Starting June 1st, we will transition from Athenahealth to eClinicalWorks, a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the highest standard of psychiatric care.
The Patient Portal
Patients can enjoy unparalleled access to personal health information, visit summaries, and lab results.
With the Patient Portal, patients can request appointments online using Healow Open Access®, keep track of medications, and exchange messages with their provider.
The healow Apps
The healow family of apps are complete lifestyle and health management tools available in both English and Spanish. The healow app empowers patients by giving them access to everything from blood pressure readings, weight and activity, sleep, and more. The healow Mom® app gives moms-to-be insight into each step of pregnancy. And the healow Kids® app gives parents tools to monitor their children’s growth and development from birth to age 13.
Healow CHECK-IN
With healow CHECK-IN™, patients can confirm and check in for healthcare appointments online. During check in, patients can review their demographics, confirm their insurance coverage, sign consent forms, fill out questionnaires, pay copays and outstanding balances, and review medications, allergies, hospitalizations, and surgical histories.
These are all integrated into EMR and have a better workflow.

eClinicalMessenger® will let our healthcare staff to send out automated appointment reminders to you.
