Continuity of Care

After stabilization, our clinic ensures a seamless transition for ongoing psychiatric care. We refer patients to trusted psychiatrists at Southern Illinois Associates, LLC (SIALLC), their Primary Care Providers (PCP), or their existing mental health providers. This network guarantees that patients receive continuous support tailored to their individual needs, fostering long-term mental health stability.

Clinic Limitations

Scope of Services

Our clinic is designed to handle urgent psychiatric needs but has specific limitations. We are not equipped to manage cases requiring hospitalization, such as those involving active suicidal or homicidal ideation, aggressive behavior, or acute drug withdrawals. Additionally, we do not prescribe controlled medications like Xanax or Adderall to prevent misuse. If we reach full capacity, we reserve the right to turn away patients to maintain a safe and effective care environment.

Clinic Availability

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We accept walk-in patients until 4 PM, or earlier if we reach capacity. This schedule ensures that we can provide dedicated and timely care to all individuals seeking our services. Please plan your visit accordingly to ensure you receive the attention you need.
