Update on check in and intake process

we are in process of updating and introducing new virtual checkin. Starting from Monday Feb 8th, 2021, we are going to start testing virtual check in and a new telehealth portal. 

Once you arrive at office, you will get an email and or text to complete your healthquestionaire, demographic etc. 

Slowly we will introduce other service
